The Quartet 79283 Combination Magnetic Board is a versatile tool designed for both home and office use. It combines a magnetic whiteboard and a corkboard, offering a dual-functionality that appeals to users looking for a compact and efficient organizational solution. While it holds a decent position in its category, it faces stiff competition from other combination boards that offer larger sizes and additional features.

This board features a 17″ x 23″ surface, split between a magnetic dry-erase whiteboard and a natural corkboard. The magnetic surface allows for easy attachment of notes and photos using magnets, while the corkboard is perfect for pinning important documents. The board comes with a Quartet dry-erase marker and two magnets, making it ready to use right out of the box. Its dark wooden frame adds a touch of elegance, making it suitable for various decor styles.

In the box, you'll find a dry-erase marker with an eraser cap and two magnets, which are standard inclusions for this type of product. The board also includes a Z-bracket mounting system, allowing for easy installation either horizontally or vertically.

Customer feedback highlights the board's aesthetic design and versatile use, with many appreciating its perfect size for small spaces like dorm rooms or home offices. However, some users have reported occasional issues with the board's quality, such as a flimsy frame or damage upon arrival. Compared to other products in its category, the Quartet board receives mixed reviews, with some competitors offering more robust construction and additional accessories.

When compared to the Walglass BN-COMB3624, which offers a larger size and more accessories, the Quartet board falls short in terms of value for money. The Walglass board includes a removable tray, more markers, and magnets, making it a more comprehensive package for those needing a larger board.

The Arcobis COMBO-GOLD-2418, priced similarly to the Quartet board, offers a chic design with a gold frame and includes more accessories. It also features a self-healing cork surface, which some users might find more durable than the Quartet's corkboard.

For those seeking a compact and stylish combination board, the Quartet 79283 is a suitable choice, especially if space is limited. It's ideal for users who prioritize aesthetics and need a board for occasional use. However, if durability and additional features are more important, exploring other options might be beneficial.
