RESCUE! VisiLure Wasp TrapStik 2-Pack
The RESCUE! VisiLure® TrapStik is designed to eliminate wasps, mud daubers, and carpenter bees using appealing colors and a multi-dimensional pattern. The insects get stuck to the sticky surface and die. It's designed to catch both queens and workers from spring through fall.
This trap uses no odors, chemicals, or wasp sprays to lure insects. It features unique Glue Guards to reduce the chances of catching non-insect species. The trap aims to prevent property damage caused by mud daubers and carpenter bees without harmful sprays or chemicals.
The RESCUE! VisiLure® TrapStik comes in a pack of two. The traps are light green with a lattice-like design and a cylindrical container with a green and yellow pattern inside.
Customer feedback indicates a generally positive reception. The traps are designed to be effective at luring and trapping wasps and carpenter bees. The design aims to minimize the capture of non-target insects.
Compared to the Safer Home SH502 Indoor Fly Trap, the RESCUE! VisiLure® TrapStik is designed for outdoor use, targeting wasps, mud daubers, and carpenter bees, while the Safer Home trap is for indoor use, targeting flies, gnats, and moths. The Safer Home trap uses UV LED light and glue cards, whereas the VisiLure uses color and a sticky surface.
Compared to the Catchmaster Max-Catch Mouse & Insect Glue Traps, the RESCUE! VisiLure® TrapStik is specifically designed for flying insects like wasps and carpenter bees outdoors. The Catchmaster traps target a broader range of pests, including mice, insects, and rodents, and are designed for indoor use. The VisiLure uses a visual lure, while Catchmaster uses pre-scented glue.
We would recommend the RESCUE! VisiLure® TrapStik to homeowners who are looking for an outdoor solution to control wasps, mud daubers, and carpenter bees without using chemicals or sprays. It's particularly suitable for those who want to prevent property damage caused by these insects.
